Share your experiences you may have had living with other people. Compare homes and apartments in the U.S. with those in your native countries.

Hi, my experience has been that it is very tough to live with strangers in a busy, expensive city. I think it would be easier to live with family or friends I have known for a long time. It certainly teaches you how to stand up for yourself and get along with others. If you hadn’t already guessed, I’m the daughter from the original post!

I`m lucky to have six brothers and sisters older than me. I had lived with one of my brother for five years and currently, I`ve been living with my sister for two years. I also have lived with strangers and it wasn`t the same. Thanks God my brothers aren`t perfect but we try to take care by each other even all of them have they own families. .
