April 3, 2009The evening class has been reviewing adjectives but here is a challenge that any of you could try.
Think of one thing that could be described by the following groups of adjectives.
1. important/dangerous/heavy
2. beautiful/cold/big
3. tall/thin/thirsty
Example: #2 A glacier is big, beautiful, and very cold! I would love to travel to Alaska to see them.
My Favorite TV Show
April 2, 2009I grew up watching a lot of different television shows. My parents worked and after dinner, they would watch TV as a way to relax. Now, I find that I need to have the TV on even if I’m not watching it. Do you watch TV? What are your favorite shows and why?
